Online Return Policy

We hope you love your new purchase, but we also understand that some things just don’t work out! If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with an item, you may return it for exchange or a full refund less any shipping charges. Returns must be delivered to us within 10 days of the date you received the item(s).

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. We will process the refund immediately upon receiving the returned item(s) and will email you to confirm receipt and refund.

Returned goods must be delivered to us in the condition in which they were received, unworn, unwashed, undamaged and with original tags attached. We cannot be held responsible for items damaged or lost in return shipment, therefore we recommend an insured and trackable mail service. 

If you are in the neighborhood, feel free to pop in to the shop to either exchange your item(s) or return them for a full refund within 10 days of the date you received the item(s).
