We are so excited to reopen our doors!
We will be taking every precaution necessary to ensure the safety of our customers and staff.
During the initial phases of reopening our hours will be as follows:
Monday - Saturday 10am-5pm
Monday - Friday 3pm-5pm are available for private appointments*
*for customers more comfortable with private shopping, please email firstname.lastname@example.org to book a private appointment
- A maximum of 3 customers will be allowed in the store at one time during regular hours. We apologize in advance if at times there is a slight wait to enter the store.
- We respectfully request that you wash your hands and/or use our sanitation station prior to looking around.
- We will direct shopping flow in a one-way directional loop around the store.
- We have placed floor markers throughout the store to promote proper social distancing. Please be patient with customers shopping ahead of you and give them space and time before moving forward to browse.
- We have installed a plexiglass barrier at our front counter for safe checkout.
- Employees and customers are required to wear a mask at all times.
- Temporarily, fitting rooms must remain closed; we hope that won’t last too long!
- Feel free to purchase anything to try-on at home, just bring back anything that doesn’t work for a full refund!
- All returns must be brought back within 48 hours in order to receive a refund.
- All merchandise returned after 48 hours will be for STORE CREDIT ONLY.
- NO RETURNS WILL BE ACCEPTED AFTER 7 DAYS
